Father Christmas and his cheerful team of Elves will be welcoming visitors on Saturday 13th December from 11am to 3pm.
Can’t make it? Don’t worry! We’ll be open again on Saturday 20th December, and then every day from 11am to 3pm, right up until Christmas Eve (11am to 2pm). Santa has a very busy night ahead, so he’ll be heading off early to get everything ready!

This year, say hello to our brand-new Singing Reindeer! After last year’s reindeer mysteriously vanished (we’re still shocked an elderly lady and a child made off with it—naughty!), we’ve made sure Rudolph is extra secure. He’ll only be disappearing on Christmas Eve for present-delivering duties! With flashing antlers and catchy tunes, he’s ready for you to sing along. 🎶🦌
But that’s not all… We’ve also had a tiny, mischievous visitor sneaking around the Centre—Wilf the Elf! He’s been caught on CCTV getting up to all sorts of naughty antics, and we’ll be releasing a new video of his shenanigans every day. Follow us on Facebook to keep up with all the festive mischief!
